I get them on a regular basis, probably because God knows I need them!
Two days ago, I got my biggest reminder of who is Really in Charge while I was driving my kids to school.
You have to know that I live in a small town with two main streets to it. I was on one of those main roads coming down a hill to the light. It is a two lane road that crosses the railroad tracks so the speed limit is 25. Everyone goes 25 because at 27 MPH you are likely to get a speeding ticket.
Halfway down the hill we see this biker jump off ahead and flag us down to stop.
We obliged.
Looking down, we see this beautiful Big Turtle crossing the road!!!
How on earth did a Turtle land in our small town crossing a busy road? And right in front of us?
It's one of my favorite animals on earth!
Of course, I took it as a sign. Isn't everything?
The message that came through loud and clear was an easy one~
Slow down Sally. Remember who wins the Race?
Later that day, I found myself in my Banker's office in NYC.
They wanted a lot of information and a better understanding of what my plans were, very banker talk...Very Serious!
It was tense and I didn't have a whole lot of information. They wanted it Fast!
What better time than to launch into my Magical Turtle Story!
The Banker's looked at me, a little perplexed but also with a bit of "Wow" in their eyes.
They Got It!
Mr. Head Banker started making calls on my behalf to people he thought could benefit my company!
We ended the meeting with Hugs and Good Cheer.
